there are two dates both sessions are aimed at primary care HCP’s who are seeing people with diabetes.
Flash Glucose Monitoring – Libre Device demystified. – 1-2pm Tuesday 19th January
This session will look at the Libre device and the information that is available to download.
Dietary management of Type 2 Diabetes Tuesday 9th March 1-2pm – Speaker Carolyn Jones, West Berkshire Dietetic Team Leader
The aim of the session is to provide an update on dietary resources available for patients with Type 2 Diabetes and to share outcomes from the Counterweight Plus, low calorie liquid diet, programme
